Mike Plosz is VP, responsible for Solution Development for all locations. He has over 30 years of experience in the delivery of organizational change and information technology initiatives for clients in a wide variety of industries, including public sector, insurance, and health care. Mike is responsible for supporting and evolving Paradigm’s software, system, solutions, and management consulting methodologies, and providing delivery support and oversight to Paradigm consultants on client engagements.  In addition, he continues to consult directly with clients on business transformation, process improvement, and project and program management. Mike’s credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, a PMP®, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) Practitioner, Managing Benefits Practitioner (MBP®), Management of Portfolios (MoP®) Practitioner, Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2^®) Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile^® Practitioner, and Prosci ADKAR Organizational Change Management.
