As we kick off a new year, we at Paradigm Consulting Group are thrilled to celebrate a significant milestone. This past week, six of our consultants achieved their Prosci® Change Management certifications, marking an exciting step forward in our collective journey to better serve our clients and communities.
Every fall, we bring together our consultants, business development teams, and leadership to reflect on the trends we’re observing, the incredible projects our teams are working on, and opportunities to improve how we help our customers succeed. One theme emerged loud and clear this year: change management is pivotal to the success of innovative projects across the provinces we serve.
From transforming business operations to driving province-wide innovation, our consultants are deeply involved in projects that will shape the future. Change management consistently plays a critical role in these projects, ensuring that new initiatives are not only implemented but also adopted successfully. While many of our consultants have extensive hands-on experience in this area, we recognize the growing importance of complementing that expertise with formal training and certifications.
Addressing a Skill Gap Together
Change management expertise is in high demand across the regions we serve, and our customers often emphasize the value of certifications alongside real-world experience. In response, our People & Culture team—led by Ron Sarran and Janna Laevens-Alaric—collaborated with our Prosci trainer to deliver a change management training program that could meet this need quickly and effectively.
The result? Just 10 days into 2025, we’ve already added 6 Prosci-certified Paradigmers to our roster! This accomplishment is a testament to their dedication to professional growth and our shared commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers.
But we’re not stopping here. Before the end of Q1, we’ll offer another Prosci training session, further expanding our team’s expertise in this vital area.
