Ron is an experienced Business Professional with 20 year’s experience delivering targeted and measurable results for medium to large organizations, He has been able to play roles as a contributor and most recently in leadership roles. His strength comes from working with team members across organization to help everyone meet and exceed their goals. His passion comes from seeing people in cross-functional teams thrive and excel through change to deliver on strategy, process, and learning.

A review of his work experience shows an extensive background in people leadership, program planning and performance. Examples includes a Senor Leadership role in the role of Strategy, People and Culture, Learning and Development, Market Intelligence, Business Transformation and Financial Leadership. All of these work activities have prepared him to work with organizations to develop and execute on strategic plans, that include extensive analytical skills, solid financial and Key performance (KPI) development and superior communication skills. His ability to interpret results and translate into strategic and tactical plans to do great work together.

Ron is a lifelong learner and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Adult Learning & Development, Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from CMC Canada, Professional Manager Designation from the Canadian Institute of Management, Certified Facilitator from DDI and Certification in Indigenous Studies.
