Suvojit is VP, Organization Planning & Development responsible for key Strategic Initiatives at Paradigm. He is focused on serving as Paradigm’s Industry Sector Leader for Life & Health Insurance, Wealth Management, and Investments.  In addition, he is also focused on helping our customers advance their adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and leading the setting up of an AI Service Line within Paradigm.

Suvojit brings with him 32 years of experience in delivering Organizational Change, Information Technology initiatives for clients in Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Education, Public Sector and Mass Media verticals. Suvojit continues to consult directly with clients on Business & Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, and Project/Program/Portfolio Management. In addition, he is responsible for providing oversight and delivery support to Paradigm consultants on client engagements. He also leads the Best Practice framework for Paradigm.

Suvojit is a lifelong learner and his qualifications and credentials include a Bachelor’s (Honors) Degree in Mathematics, Post Graduate Honours in Computer Science, PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, MSP® Practitioner, CSM ®, Python, R, SAS, Tableau 10 certifications for Data Science. In addition, he is a certified Internal Quality Auditor.
