We are proud to be an extremely diverse organization that strives to create an environment where every person feels seen, heard, and valued. Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Strategy and committee were developed through employee feedback and is rooted in the belief that continuous improvement is essential. We are also committed to Indigenous participation and have formed partnerships with Indigenous-owned organizations to support training, development, and employment opportunities. Additionally, we conduct accessibility audits and make accommodations to ensure all individuals, including persons with disabilities, can thrive at Paradigm.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
As a partially employee-owned company, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy is guided by the values of our people. We are intentional about where and how we give back, focusing on areas that matter most to our consultants. Based on employee feedback, our CSR priorities include job readiness for new Canadians and graduates, mental health awareness, food and housing security, family well-being, and environmental responsibility. These five pillars guide our giving strategy and help ensure that our impact is meaningful, targeted, and driven by what matters most to our team. Our approach includes corporate giving, sponsorships, and volunteerism, all rooted in our belief that strong communities create strong businesses.
