Whether you’re a Paradigmer, an Associate, or part of our extended network, you can play an important role in helping us grow our community of trusted professionals – and potentially earn a bonus!
You can also be referred by someone who already knows and trusts Paradigm. If a current consultant or employee thinks you’d be a great addition to the team, they can submit your name through our referral process.
How to Refer Someone
Submitting a referral is simple. Just fill out the form below and our Talent Acquisition team will take it from there. They will review the submission and follow up if there’s a potential fit. If your referral leads to a successful placement, you may be eligible for a referral bonus as a thank-you for helping us grow the Paradigm team.
